After payment has been transfer, email to ilovebananahouse@gmail.com with contact details, chosen items details, collection/ delivery mode and last but not least to include transaction details.
All emails would be reply within 2 days. Delivery of item within Singapore may take up to a week depending on day of ordering as they only send out all parcels on Tuesday and Friday
For pre-ordering of items, estimated time to receive goods: Clothes 2-4 weeks. Bags: 4-8 weeks from closing date of transaction for goods to be delivered into Singapore to be send out.

Depend on personal preference as mentioned above, collection can be done via

b) Normal/Registered mail Postage
c) Drive Through/Self Collection at Ang Mo Kio
d) Meet up beside Ngee Ann Poly for SIM& NP students/staff
Buyer can also keep track of the items they purchase for Pre-order list
6.) Redress
There no particular nor specific statement that allows us to seek redress but it has been stated that any email sent to them would be reply within 48 hours from Monday to friday. However all goods sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable, hence buyer have to ensure the item they purchase fits them.

Customer who wants to purchase do not need to sign up for any account but are allow people to subscribe to their latest clothing update
8.) Extra Features
Membership who sign up for free membership are also entitled to cheaper rate of almost all items. Best of all its Free of charge to become BH members... so what are you waiting for???

9.) Personal Feedback
Advantage:
- Cater specially to female
- Smart casual and working clothes looking towards fashion in korea
- Much more affordable as compare to buying at boutique in Singapore
- Clothes are wore on models, allowing customers to see how it fit on both view
Disadvantage and Room For Improvements:
- Lack of variety of payment such as Mastercard and Visa
- Lack of variety of accessories, belts and bottoms
- Lack of Fabric care instruction and specfic fabric content
- Lack of Sizing chart that could allow customer to easier track their size if different measurement has been used.
